Responsibilities:
• Strong background in Linux and physical server management.
• Manage and maintain virtual private servers (VPS) such as GoDaddy, HostGator, and Hostinger.
• Good work expertise on Virtualization Platforms like Proxmox or VMware.
• Configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implementing and maintaining backups and disaster recovery strategies and technologies.
• Monitor and ensure SLA compliance and ticket management.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Shift timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Work mode: WFO
