Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyse existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and project-management teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and requirement validation.
• Manage changes, clarifications, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on SAP-related or enterprise-application projects.
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, process mapping, and requirement management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
