Senior Business Development Executive – IT Services

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the US market.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT services or project-based sales.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients in the US market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
