Responsibilities:

• Develop and create design concepts for web and mobile applications.
  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and marketing.
• Translate product and business requirements into user-centric designs that deliver superior user
  experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and UI designs using standard
  design tools.
• Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

 

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the office, as remote work is not allowed.
  Ability to work independently and smart and should be self-motivated.
  A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
